Daily consumption of fiber is very low; calorie dense foods are opted by many. Eating habits and changed lifestyle is a major concern for every nation as it is bringing negative effects primarily on health. Parents who should be aware of these issues, act according to children’s’ tunes and demands. Food chain market has grabbed the nation into their web. All these modern lifestyle along with technology spoil normal development of the children. Also another fact which we can notice is that majority lead an inactive or sedentary lifestyle. So there is decline in energy expenditure also.
