Fish curry ; Desirable inclusion to a Diabetic meal plan

Fish can be a great addition to a diabetic meal plan because most seafood is low in unhealthy fats and cholesterol. Fish is a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids and is packed with high quality protein. It does not contain carbohydrates and is easy to cook.
Some fishes like tuna, sardine contain omega fatty acid which gives protection to our heart. It can be included in our daily meals as curry. But don’t think we can take all fishes like crab, prawns as they are high in cholesterol than red meat. In 90 grams of sardine only 48mg of cholesterol is included, but it is 85mg cholesterol in crab. But we need to intake only fish curry as fish fry is always dangerous to our health.
